The Right Agenda

October 20, 2009

An Email Campaign Message from The Right Agenda:

On October 10, 2009, I sat in a meeting in which a very conservative congressman talked to a small group of community leaders. A question was asked, "How much consideration is given to the Constitution when you are voting in Congress?" His answer: "None. 50% of legislation that we see is unconstitutional."

Let me make on thing clear: this congressman, who will go unnamed, was not my congressman, Mac Thornberry (to avoid assumptions).

Members of The Right Agenda, it is time to enforce the limits of our Constitution on members of Congress. In the next couple of months you will receive phone, fax, and email information on every member of the House and Senate. We must send a clear and united message that we take the oath each member has taken to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America" seriously and it is time that they do too! Please contact the complete list each day. Make a clear statement that we want our federal government to govern per the instructions of the Constitution.

Please forward these emails to your complete contact list.

LIBERTY is freedom from a tyrannical government.

A TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT is one that governs with unrestricted power.

Our limit to government power is the Constitution of the United States of America.

Folks, if our representation in Washington does not give the Constitution any consideration when voting on legislation, WE HAVE NO LIBERTY!!!
